Warranty Policy

Warranty Inclusions:

  • We offer a 12 month warranty from the receipt date of purchase on all products store wide.
  • We will repair replace or refund faulty products depending on the extent of the failure.
  • Warranty claims can be made on any faulty or defective product.
  • This warranty covers original shipping costs as well as return shipping costs, customers will not be out of pocket. 

 

Warranty Exclusions:

We will not cover:

  • Damage Resulting from improper use.
  • Faulty installation or damage made during installation of products.
  • The cost of removing and reinstalling a faulty product including travel time.
  • Damage caused by mould, condensation, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, accidents and fair wear and tear. This also includes broken poles (freestanding awnings) when not securely tied down in winds excessive of 20 km/h. Any damage caused by a jammed, snagged zipper or excessive force applied to zipper causing failure is also not covered.
  • Accidental puncture of any canvas including fly mesh.
  • Damage and fading from UV exposure.

 

Damages in Transit:

  • If your product has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately, before installation, so we can rectify the issue with our courier.

 

Making a Warranty Claim:

  • In your claim, please include a description of the damage or problem in addition to clear photographs of the defect. Please ensure you give a explanation for your reason of claim and the circumstances in which the defect occurred.
  • If the claim is approved you will be sent further returns instructions
