Shipping Policy
Shipping to Metro Areas:
- We offer shipping to all metro areas as calculated at our checkout. Rooftop tents and awnings are shipped to local freight depots in your area where they can be collected from. Freight depots are generally less than a 45 minute drive away, however may be further depending on your location.
Shipping to Regional Areas:
- As our products are generally heavy and bulky, shipping to regional areas can be expensive.
- don't hesitate to make an inquiry with us on individual shipping costs to your area.

Exceptions*** : Please note, due to size and weight, xcamp, Maximus and rugged rooftop tents can NOT BE SENT TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS but must be sent to a depot locations .
The Shipping Process:
- Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from us
- We have a processing time of 2-3 business days before your order is shipped.
- Once in transit you will receive another confirmation email with shipping information including a tracking number.
- you should receive your product before 14-18 business days.
Pre-ordered products:
- Arrival estimates given on all pre-ordered products are estimates only and may be subject to change.
- once a pre-ordered product is back in stock it will be shipped to the appropriate destination depending on the product and standard shipping procedure applies.
